As a Muslim, can I use quotes fro the Bible as motivation?
After all, both books are from the same one God.

- yes but make sure its the right meaning
- Why not? In the process you might convert yourself.
- Shrug, you can use whatever you want as motivation. Muslims will say that the Bible is the word of God but it's been corrupted by man down the years so is no longer reliable.
- If you believe in Jehovah God and that he sent his son Jesus to take away the sins of the world ... sure ...
- Good, work on this one: Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God -Matthew 5:9. We need more Muslim peacemakers.
- Of course. Scriptural is indeed inspirational. But both the Bible and Koran were not in fact written by the same God. The Hebrew word for LORD below is "Yehovah" - not Allah. Isa 45:5 I [am] the LORD, and [there is] none else, [there is] no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: Isa 45:6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that [there is] none beside me. I [am] the LORD, and [there is] none else.

- "Truthful Atheist" cant be so truthful and claim to be a Muslim now can he/she?
