I'm going to post a nutrition quote on our school bulletin board. What quote should i put?

1. One should eat to live and not live to eat. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. You are what you eat. These are more like adages than quotes, of course.
2. Life is short, and if you continue to eat everything...It will be shorter. probably not good for a school bulletin board. but i always have liked this quote :)
