  1. ehealthinsurance.com
  2. Don't do online quotes. Call some local insurance agents and get some quotes. It's free.
  3. First of all there are NO sites out there where you'd actually pay for quotes. Could you imagine walking into a car dealership and them charging you $5 every time you wanted to see the window sticker? You just need to find a broker that does business in your area. Most brokers that are in the business are going to have web sites where you can get quotes. If they don't, then you should wonder how much business they actually do (there are exceptions with some insurance products because generally only life insurance and health insurance is readily available online from all the 'players' in the market). Look up '(your state) health insurance broker" and in the interim you can check the links on my site as I have information on what to look for and avoid and links to brokers in each state. Oh, and you can get info from ehealth, but I don't recommend buying there. Get a (different) broker to help you, because though they are brokers and offer the same plans at the same price you're not going to find someone that you'll be able to go back to over and over for help and assistance -- not only with claims and billing issues, but with help in other areas.
  4. Most of the links you're going to get, are going to be spam links for sites that harvest your personal information to sell it. You need a real agent to get a real quote.
