Do you have any old quotes from government or health care saying cigarettes were safe?

This is before it was obvious that cigarettes were bad for people. This is for a project I'm working on.

1. u hv to look at newspapers report of the 1920s after the 1st world war - read it many decades ago. also the ads then hilarious by today's standards
