Are there any quotes on knowledge and motivation mixed into one?

I am looking for a quotes that have to do with knowledge and motivation rolled into one. Does anyone know of any? I need a quote that has both knowledge and motiviation in it. Does anyone know of any, and if so what is the "hidden meaning" behind it.
